Located in the heart of the West Ocean City Outlets—just minutes from the water—we’re proud to be one of the newest members of the Ocean City business community and a growing force in lifestyle and performance apparel.

Born on the Eastern Shore and built with intention, Bay Life Apparel is rooted in the heritage of fishing, hunting, crabbing, and the kind of coastal living that doesn’t come from a brochure—it comes from experience. What began as a small operation fueled by passion has grown into a movement—and The Brand House is where that story is brought to life.

A Store Built by Hand, from the Heart

We didn’t hire a team of designers. We renovated the interior ourselves, pouring every bit of heart and soul into this project—because this isn’t just retail, it’s personal.

Nearly every fixture inside the store carries deep sentimental value to the brand:

  • The large dining room table that now displays stacks of our signature performance shirts was once where our family gathered—where memories were made over meals. Later, it became the original production table where our first heat press operated, helping launch Bay Life from the ground up.

  • The weathered picnic table near the front? That came straight out of our backyard. It’s seen crab feasts, oyster roasts, and late nights under the stars with beer and moonshine flowing.

  • Many of the display tables were once stationed in our old pole barn garage—used as production lines, workbenches, or to hold the additional heat presses we used to fulfill early orders.

Every section of this store tells a story—of family, of grit, of a coastal way of life that runs deep in our veins. From Chesapeake marshes to barrier islands and offshore canyons, the design is a tribute to the places and moments that shaped this brand.

Spanning 6000 square feet, the Bay Life Brand House brings together coastal grit with clean, performance-driven design. From UPF 50+ technical gear and breathable button-downs to women's cuts, a huge hat selection, youth apparel, and in-store exclusives, our product line is built for those who live the lifestyle—not just wear it.

Bay Life isn’t a trend. It’s a way of life born on the Eastern Shore and proudly spreading throughout the coastal South and beyond. The Brand House is more than a store—it’s a home base for those who live with tide charts in their glove box and rods in the bed of the truck.
