Please allow up to 5 days for us to prepare and ship your order. Our goal is always to ship sooner, but processing times can vary based on order volume and product availability.

  • In-Stock Items: Orders of items in stock are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If a color, size, or specific product is temporarily out of stock, we may need to reorder from our suppliers. Should this lead to a delay, we’ll notify you by email with an estimated restock timeline.

Time-Sensitive Orders

If your order is time-sensitive (e.g., for a birthday, anniversary, or upcoming trip), please let us know in the comments section at checkout, or reach out directly via email or phone. We’ll prioritize such orders wherever possible and do our best to meet your needs. However, please be aware that fulfillment times still depend on stock availability and shipping speeds.

Inventory and Demand

We maintain steady inventory levels, but high demand during special events, online sales, and recent supply chain challenges can occasionally affect availability. Despite our best efforts, certain sizes or colors may sell out before stock levels can be updated on our website. Your patience and understanding are appreciated as we work to fulfill each order efficiently!

Shipping Rates and Services

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 ship for free within the continental United States.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of $6.99 applies to all standard ground shipments within the continental U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping: If expedited shipping is needed, please contact us directly to discuss options and associated costs.

Please Note: At this time, we are unable to offer in-person pickups or meet-ups to hand-deliver orders. All orders must be shipped.

Shipping Destinations

Bay Life Apparel ships within the continental U.S., as well as to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Mexico. For international orders outside these areas, please contact us directly to inquire about rates and estimated delivery times. We will work with you to find the best available options.

APO, FPO, and PO Box Deliveries

  • Orders to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes ship via UPS Surepost to ensure secure delivery to these addresses.
  • Additional transit time: Please allow an extra 1-2 days for final delivery due to the unique routing required for these destinations.

Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS based on location, order size, and shipping speed to ensure prompt delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking link to monitor your package’s journey from our facility to your doorstep.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Depending on stock levels, shipping locations, and workload, you may receive your order in as quickly as 1-2 days, or it may take up to 2-4 weeks.
